Just folowing up on my previous posts about continually being dropped from games servers etc ran a quick ping test tonight

Please post the Upstream and Downstream stats from your modem just click http://192.168.100.1/CmOpConfig.asp or if that does not work click http://192.168.100.1/
Have you actually rang the 50Mb Support line on 0800 052 0431 preferably after 0800.

That looks fine so you need to call the 50Mb Support line on 0800 052 0431 so they can check your connection.
Mine looks OK too (but am excited to move to 50Mb on tuesday of this week)

My first suggestion is insist that they recompense you for the payments you have made and the promised service you are not getting

As no-one else has asked I may as well. Have these tests been run wired directly to the modem and can you do a tracert to bbc.co.uk and post the results?
OK the guys from VM came earlier and the installation was no problem - here are the results of the Leeds judges... :)

Yeah fair enough it isn't helpful - other than it is possible for VM to get it right, so the OP should take heart and be asking why he/she is not getting what others patently are....
