Virginmedia fault forums?

Reported on there that my caller display stopped working yesterday didn't see it till late evening.

Posted on the VM fault forum but those on there that have posted from VM have passed it by and not bothered to answer it among a few other posts.

I can see they are online and replying to posts. Anyone have any luck with these people?

I would advise you to call up as you will get an answer quicker plus it is free from your landline on 151.

The Forums aren't an official support route, so there isn't a guarantee that your fault will be picked up straight away.

The team are there at present to try and pick up big issues that the normal fault routes i.e. calling Virgin, have been unable to solve
