Is anyone else having slow downloads from Gamershell?

Could someone try these files? Getting 56k speeds here! Done a speedtest and everything seems fine. Also speeds seem ok over at bigdownloads.com. Just wanna see if others are having issues.

dumeter showing solid 2.4meg/sec on my 20mbit VM connection. I am downloading of the uk mirror. The estimated time was 12mins 10 seconds.
