Quick start installation

Hi people
I am am exsisting customer of ntl/virgin with just an old style box. Thinking of upgrading to a V+HD box but failed to pick up on the extra £40 on top of the £49 set up fee.
Does anyone know how difficult (or not) it is to do the Quick start installation?

Its just a case of swap the box, plug in the power and HDMI and screw in the coax (small spanner included in box). Then you phone the included number to activate the box and your online.
