Well what a nightmare calling support in India
Internet connection dropped to almost zero last couple of days ( strange google.com loaded?) and could not use anything.
Rang support 4 times - 1st on for 40 mins rebooting / disconecting router etc then put me on hold and cut me off - 2nd call cut me off - third call could not hear guy as his headset was so poor then he cut me off LOL
Anyway strangley today all seems well..
Can someone check these signals look ok as I did manage to book an engineer on 4th call but dont want to waste his time if all is ok??

It may be down to this being rather high so call tomorrow after 0800 and you should get a UK center, you can try today as the Scottish call center is also open until 10pm.
