Downstream a little low at -6.8 dBmV are you having any issues and can you post the Upstream levels.

That is pretty low and if the tests showed issues we would tech it.
That says -6.8 and we like it no lower than -7 so a call to support would be in order.

-6 to +15 is reccommended but that doesn't mean a modem won't happily carry on outside those levels. I notice the OP doesn't say if he has any problem or not so it may be just academic.

The new levels say no higher than 11 on the Knowledge base but if all is fine then nothing would need doing about it.

That's worth remembering.
The only problem I've been having is this, I work nights so when I get in at around 6am I like to use iPlayer / SeeSaw to catch up on TV from the previous night. Everythng is fine but in what is becoming an increasingly common occurence is that at around 9.20am my internet will just stop. No flashing lights on modem, after around 5-10 mins I might get it back for a minute or two but it's very sporadic. This can last for an hour sometimes more.

The Upstream is the real issue and needs a technician as the modem cannot show any higher than 61 dBmV and that needs a technician ASAP so ring up just after 0800 this morning.
