View Full Version : Disconnection 12pm every night

10mb virgin NTL250 modem,with and without router.
Has anyone notice in the last 5 weeks that the internet in (Morriston SA67ET) has been diconnectiong various time throughout the day and at 12pm exactly every night, disconnect for 2 to 4 Min before starting up again, this is getting realy annoying, I tried all thing to stop it, nothing worked, I can't get a look at the moden log or setting whill this happend as the webpage come up white with disconnect across the screen, when its start up nothing shows in the log.
any help please... its driving me frigging :mad:

From your description one of two possibilites.

a) PC problem

b) Modem problem.

Even if you have no connection to the internet from the modem you should still be able to access it from your PC.

Bearing in mind if there is a router there, that could be the problem.
