Hi, mods please feel free to move this thread if it's not in the right place. Ok, I recently renewed my VM contract for another year, dated 20/08/10. Now, I just need clarification to the 'Right to cancel' period:
'We're pretty sure you'll love your new Virgin Media services, but if you change your mind within the first 7 working days, simply fill and return the 'Right to cancel' letter tucked away with this letter. If you've added a new service, that new service is covered by our 28 day money back guarantee, so if you wanted to go back to the way things were, that's no problem.'
So, have I missed the deadline to cancel, or am I covered by the 28 day rule??? All I had done when I renewed is have the Talk Anywhere reduced from 800 to 400, & got a loyalty discount as I've been a long term customer.
Many thanks in advance. :)
