Slow when downloading

Not long come on 50mb and was downloading the other night. It was quite slow to be honest and it kept disconnecting my irc.

Any ideas?

That looks quite good for a 50Mb connection all power levels are nominal.

He would need to call in during the day so we could check his connection and speeds on 0800 052 0431 and if required 2nd line would run some checks as well.
