Its been 'slow' since late last night and today it seems to be just completely non responsive. Timeouts on Webpages and Speedtests range between 6mb-26mbps

Each Speed test has been unable to provide an upload speed.

Silly question but it has to be asked - have you rebooted the modem and router?

Yep quite a few times now, This has to be something involving Upstream/Upload as no speedtest will give me any sort of reading on the upload speed. Rephrase the title then, Upstream is dead!

You need to call the 50Mb support team on 0800 052 0431 who will book an engineer for you.

I think its a network fault
It could well be but a tech has to go out to raise it to Networks as we cannot.

Does seem like a network fault had problems like this before and the modem simply just went off for about an hour and came back on with everything back to normal

Funny enough the Modem has just went off now.

Will be sure to ring that number if its unresolved when it manages to connect again.

Thanks lads.
