Just started getting massive (20-30%) packet loss from VM. Status page, as usual, says 'no issues'.

Anyone else around that area?

No, but your modem stats wil at least help to shed light on your problem.

Modem stats are OK according to the last time they were looked at.

It cleared up about 2.5 hours after it started, coincidentally shortly after the heavy rain stopped.

..and down again. 1.30am lost signal completely and it hasn't been back.

At least VM acknowledge a network fault this time, albeit only on their 0800 number (the whole of stockport is out apparently).. the website still says 'no problems' - you'd think the'd be somewhat in sync, but meh.

Didn't for me.. I got the standard 'no problems in your area' screen. It's back now, anyway.

Are you going to the correct page? Link in my sig. If so are you inputting a VM phone number or are you using your VM account number?

Cheers

It is a Major Service Outage and our engineers are working on it as we speak but you can always call the Outage line on 0800 561 0061 for updates.

Tried both with the same results.

Interestingly it's now updated with faults, even though the fault is now cleared.. so it's delayed (in fact it's gone nuts, listing 4 concurrent broadband faults and 1 TV fault).

The 0800 number was helpful at least, otherwise I'd have spent the morning trying to persuade CS that I had a problem :p

Yes, we had a few tickets for the issue raised. You would have heard the service announcement on 151 too before you called through.

Glad it's all back on for you :)
