VM on new developments

I've heard various things about VM and new housing developments. A new development round here I've enquired on don't seem to know whether VM will be installed or not. Who at VM do I need to go annoy to find out?

Dave, quick update.... I cant see this project anywhere in our database but Im not sure if the New Build officer for the area is aware of it so I have passed it in his direction and just awaiting a response. Will give you an update soon.
