View Full Version : Can't Access My Virgin Account On-line

This maybe the wrong place to put this but when I tried to access my details on the VM site it will not accept my email address and password saying that they are invalid. When I try to reset them it first says that my user name is invalid. When I go through not knowing my username it says my A/C number and area code do not match their records. Anyone here know what I can do next.

Call them on 151, answer the security questions and they'll give you your username and change the password allowing you access. Once logged in change the password to one of your own.
