[ I installed Virgin Media Security a couple of days ago and it seems to be running OK. However when I go to the HOME page I dont get the whole page but just the top left hand corner - although it fills the screen.
Is this normal?

Don't know, don't use free security as I consider it inferior.

Free security software is not always inferior. Avast and Comodo are two examples of free software that frequently beat a lot of commerical software in security tests.

I have used both and currently using Avast and agree totally they are the best, I find the windows 7 firewall and router firewall good to and also common sense to stay away from dodgy sites.
