My line's been down since 5AM this morning, here's the before and after line stats:
Down: (0500-13:25)
Upstream transmit Power Level : 15.2 dBmV
Downstream SNR : 32.8 dB
Downstream Receive Power Level : -6.1 dBmV
UP:
Upstream transmit Power Level : 37.2 dBmV
Downstream SNR : 32.9 dB
Downstream Receive Power Level : -6.0 dBmV
I can see the upstream power level has no doubled.... any ideas what might have caused this, and should I cancel the engineer visit now?
Nothing's changed at my property and the only thing I'm thinking it "could" be (although unlikely) is that the people next door are doing some DIY (have a skip outside etc) and might have somehow..... done... "something" ? lol
Anyway, appreciate any thoughts!
