Slow speed all day

My speed has been bad all day. Web pages have been slow to load and it's hard to use anything, here are my levels:

If you go to the upstream page and hit Refresh every 5 seconds for a while, if your uostream power rises to or above 55 dBmv, then your problem is caused by the modem having difficulty communicating with the CMTS.
