Timescale for New Build Manager

Virgin media say they need to come out and put the cables in my street. Does anyone know how long it will take the New Build Manager to come out and have a look at what needs to be done?

The whole process could take some time, depending on the number of homes and the work required to activate the properties. Its unlikely the New Build manager will contact you directly for any on site survey work but they will certainly email you (or Erin @ CableMyStreet will if you emailed them).

Initial survey work can take around 8 weeks on average but this can vary.
