Any problems in derby area?

I'm getting high pings and slow download speeds, also it takes some time to load a page on a 54mpbs wireless connection, any help? or is there a problem because in de24 area?

this is what speed it is wired.

it could be that your getting traffic managed as those speeds are what you'd expect on m or l packages. You'll need to give us your modem stats by going to 192.168.100.1 in your browser. Password and login name is:root

Remember to hide your mac address.
