Hi,
I'm in SE18 post code area and since Wednesday 14th July i've had no tv or broadband services. I've checked with Virgin media customer services and they tell me it's a national fault and engineers are working on it and should be fixed during early hours of Sunday morning.
My neighbours have virgin tv and there services are ok and i have explained this to customer services so they tried to book out a engineer and the computer said no because it flags up as a national fault.
Is there anyone in SE18 area who is also having same problem with tv and broadband services.
