Hi,
I appear to have random connection drops that happen 1-2 times a-day. (which has been happening since i had it installed months ago.)
I have added the information from the modem configuration page.
I have removed the MAC number from the event log.
Modem is directly connected to computer.
Thanks in regards for your help.

Everything looks normal so you may be best to call in on the 50Mb Support line on 0800 052 0431 and they can run some checks.

You should ring while it is online so they can check if the are any issues.
