Downstream 5.2 dbmv
Upstream 61.0 dbmv

It's fluctuating but that's roughly where they are! The event log just loops on... No ranging response received

Upstream at 61 requires a technician visit no if or buts or ot will continue to be the same as it is now.

Call them and someone should book an technician for you.

Yeah, hats what I thought. I had my V+ and modem running from a split feed in my lounge, connected the modem to the feed directly and BOOM all is fine.

I originally had my modem upstairs so moved it back up there connecting directly to the spare feed and all is fine again! Having said that, upstream is still 61??

I do have an engineer booked for saturday, do you think I should keep the appointment given that all seems to be working fine?

Currently getting 9665kbps down on a 10meg connection and 480 up, 480 seems low to be honest, or is that virgins capped up speed??
