i am going uni to do networking and im getting a flat i have VM connection at home can i get a connection in my flat has well

i dont think you will be able to but it does not hurt to ask

Hello and welcome to the forums.

Internet is for the address it is registered at only.
If you wanted it in your student flat you would have to open up a new account.

You would also have to find out whether virginmedia supply a service to your flat as not all areas are covered.
Your best bet would be to phone Virginmedia and find out what services are currently available or in use at that address.

there's a ntl Box and a phone line there when i moved in so i think im good on that

I believe there some 9 month options available this year. Exact how/what/why/when I'm not sure of though.
