Will Virgin Tidy up spare cable for free?

Hey all we have just had our driveway blockpaved which has resulted in our cable installation now having alot of excess cable, if i ring virgin will they tidy up the excess for us? or will they charge an installation fee again?

They'll charge, it was your choice to move the cable not theirs so why should they pay for the visit?

You would be charged £99 for shortening the cable, just roll it and use some cable ties and put it somewhere out of the way.
