STM on 10 Meg

Yesterday I had download 22gb on my 10 Meg between 2pm and 9pm but there is no STM on it ? No cap speed at 2.5Mb ?

Look like VM might be removed STM ?

No it is still in place as of 12th May 2009 and the have been changes to it since then.

I doubt it... I just got STM'ed today after many months ;)

maybe the usage allowance had been increasing in STM ? They might not updated STM proper since may 12th 2009 ?

Have you got any proof regarding this, sometimes due to work on the UBR the STM doesn't trigger, you just got lucky.
