Is it no longer in the UK (08000520431) as ive now spoken to 2 people that sound like they are from india,i thought that being a 50meg customer we got our support from the UK.

I called it this morning for a fault and the chap I spoke to was in India.
As long as we get good support it shouldn't matter who/where the support is. Have to say my issues was easy to resolve (high power levels - engineer required) but everyone's experience is different.

its both actually its just depends where your call gets routed to. i do agree tho CS in the UK are much better as our friends in India cant even understand my name & postcode most of the time.
We only work from 0800 to 2000 Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1600 Saturday, so any time outside of those hours will be routed to another call centre.
Also I forgot to add if we are very busy then the other call centres will come online to take the overflow calls.
I had trouble trying to understand the woman yesterday,had to report a faulty router and today my 50 meg is at 5-9meg tech is booked for tomorrow.
Masque thanks for the update,i did call after 9 this morning and spoke to a indian chap about my slow speeds,as long as i get things sorted im happy.
