I have noticed that there is a lower download threshold for 10Mb users that have been upgraded than for regular 10Mb users.
I was upgraded from 4Mb and now paying £20 (same as regular) does that mean I have a lower threshold even though I am paying the same as regular ?

No sir, that threshold is for the people who went from 2Mb to 10Mb last year. If you check your bill it should say your broadband is size 'L' which is what you want for the higher thresholds.

Not true. The billed price for BB M 10Mb is £20.50 and the billed price for BB L 10Mb is £25 (BEFORE DISCOUNTS).
