I recommended ( eeek!) a friend to get Virgin services on 6th April.
Applied on line, everything confirmed, Virgin arrived and said they needed council approval to dig up side of garden.
Approval received, Virgin contacted to advise, customer promised a call back to arrange full installation.
3 weeks later and no call back and she cannot get through to someone who gives a damn about her predicament.
WHO does she need to call as she has already lost her Sky and her phone line is about to go any day now.
