Service: Virgin Media 50mb
Router: WNR2000
OS: Windows 7 64bit
I've noticed something happening more and more often. If my modem and router is under heavy usage for a period of time, suddenly all transfers will stop for about 10 seconds and then resume at a very low speed.
I'll go from downloading at 5MB/sec to 0.5-1MB/sec, web browsing becomes painfully slow and creating new connections times out.
If I do a hard reset of both the modem and router, the problem is fixed.
Any ideas?
