2nd box

Got the techy guy coming on Friday to install my 2nd box,

Can he just change the splitter to feed the extra box?

Also as I have paid for the installation will he be able to lengthen the cable on the internal white box where the cable enters the property?
I have a partition wall to build and need to move it about 18"

When I booked the extra box the CS lady said "it should be fine!" just dont want an additional call out for it if it's not on his job list, :rolleyes:

he will do all needed to install the box where you want it. That includes internal/external cabling.

It will be down to you to negotiate the path of said cable.

Is it possible to go from the brown box on the outside up the front of the property then in to the bedroom? or does it need to go from the white box internally???

he can split the signal almost anywhere along the chain but he will always go for the place which is easiest for him.

Its a negotiation, you'll just have to wait and see.
