I'm still unsure about this, as a long term fan of Mario Kart and Trackmania I'm hoping this can capture the best of them both.

I played the beta and while its enjoyable for a while I cant see me being intrested in it long enough to justify me purchasing it. That being said I like to support developers who think outside the box and dont just dump the same old crap on us year after year with a couple new textures so am undecided yet.

modnations is brilliant i played the beta a couple of months ago...... only downside is the loading times apart from that ... better than mario kart

New demo gets a release on the 18th (http://www.thesixthaxis.com/2010/05/15/modnation-racers-gets-demo/), just before the full game release on 21st. They have also said there will be a patch shortly after release to fix the loading times issue[/url].

ive already got mine coming there's a full promo out ... so should have mine monday or tuesday

Having played the new demo, I love the track creator :) I do think there's something missing in the races though, but can't quite work out what it is. Nice to see the load times have improved, but it will be interesting to see how much they shave off with the patch.

Don't think I'll buy at full price, I'll wait till it's under £20 (what a cheapskate!)

When I saw it I did think it looked like a good budget title, didn't expect it to be a full price game.
