The is no size M 2Mb package any more as all 2Mb were upgraded to M 10Mb package.

But if you're not on a seperate cable modem but instead using your set top box then doubtful if you'll get full speed ;) At that point you'd ring up VM for a modem free of charge

That maybe the 10Mb Size M, exactly the same speed as Size L 10Mb but with harsher Subscriber Traffic Management (http://allyours.virginmedia.com/html/internet/traffic.html) limits

Broadband size M is now 10Mb and was upgraded from 2Mb and you are not able to purchase from VM, they have a broadband size S which is 2Mb and has very strict traffic management, this is a product not normally offered due to it is just for browsing. the only 10Mb product that you can get is the L package which has better traffic management limits than broadband M 10Mb.
