50Mb - now only getting 14?

My 50Mb connection always got 48-53Mb on Speedtest.net frm my wired connection and anywhere from 20-50 on WiFi (depending if an 802.11G device was connected) but seemed slow oin the past few days. Speedtest.net is showing 13-18Mb (wired) and the 50Mb speedtest from here is showing 13 - 15Mb I've tried a few times over the past few hours.
