You are on 50Mb and that is an VMNG300 modem with just 2 lights on where the should be 5 and you have no connection.

You need to call the 50Mb Support line on 0800 052 0431.

Oh and I suspect that you are a Mac user as well.:D

The internet still works but much slower with those two lights. But anyway the lights have come back on again once i cycled the power. How will i explain the lights issue which seems to be an intermittent one?

p.s. Yeah "I'm a Mac"

If you click this link and go to downstream I fully expect you to find that instead of 3 or 4 downstreams that you will only have 1 or 2 and you should call support.

Also I expect the upstream to be possibly to high or to low.

Well your power levels are normal so the issue is elsewhere and the modem may be at fault, cannot be sure as not in work with your modem in my online tools.

If it is slow and those lights are still off then call in.

Gone back to normal now. I'm getting about 5.6MB, so the speed is pretty good considering its the evening and i know people are back from work so the network would be getting hammered.

Are the lights still the same then as that could be just a firmware issue.

Not quite normal to say the least but keep an eye on it and maybe call in if it happens again.
