Query about XL prices - no phone line

I'm considering upgrading my broadband only service from L to XL. However there's two prices being quoted one is £30 per month, £10 more than I'm paying now which seems reasonable and the other is £37 per month, £17 per month more than I currently pay. Can anyone let me know which price I would be paying?

Please remember I don't have a phone line from Virgin and as such I will have to pay for the phone call which is why I'm asking here rather than phoning Virgin themselves.

I am sure I only pay £25 for mine with the phone. Anyways, it used to be £37 just by itself, it is now £38
