Just saw this in the events log, was wondering what it meant?

Thu Apr 15 02:13:26 2010 Thu Apr 15 02:13:26 2010 Information (7) DCC arrive new


and

Thu Apr 15 02:13:25 2010 Thu Apr 15 02:13:25 2010 Information (7) DCC depart old

There also looks like there was a software upgrade

It means that there has been a Dynamic Channel Change. You were provisioned on one downstream channel and, for load balancing purposes, the UBR wants to re-provision you.

Igni is the expert on this because I don't know whether it's because of underlying human action or some whizzo automatic load balancing technique to make everybody's life better!
