Evening Install (or after 4.30pm)

I have been told by India that VM no longer do evening installs, or 2 hours slots.

Is this correct?

But they seem to have extended weekend installs. My lad has been offered this Saturday 1pm - 6pm a free telephone install with unlimited calls free for 6 months.

afaik you can pay for a first call morning slot, but its about £30

no you cannot pay for a first call maned install, you can request it, but.....if the installer doing your install has 3 other first calls, who's he gonna do first.

you can have a priority slot for a quickstart though.

I look at accounts all day long, part of what I am looking for involves jobs booked in to the first call quota so I was 100% sure it existed or I wouldn't have stated it.
