Hi,
Since last Wednesday (31/03) I've been experiencing a lot of outages on my 20Mb service.
As well as loss of Internet connectivity, the Online LED on the front of our Samsung V+ Box flashes during these outages.
Speaking with VirginMedia-connected neighbours tells the same story as far as Internet goes (I don't think they have HD service).
I spoke, today, to India who have arranged an Engineer Visit for next Monday (12/04) to check my connection and cable modem.
As the problem is visible on both Internet access and V+ Box, I suspect that the engineer won't find anything wrong with the cable modem and, as far as a home visit goes, it could be a waste of my time.
Is there anything I should do to get the Engineer to look further than our house and equipment? I think the problem lies within the network itself but getting that point across to India seems impossible.
