got 50meg fitted last week ,seemed to be working fine , very fast .
just been having a look at cable modem info , doesn't look right to me,
can someone more knowledgable please take a look ?

If it works fine, don't worry. But the stats wouldn't be fine if you were reporting issues. Could you post the event log please and remove all numbers associated with CM-MAC address please?

Your numbers are all quite acceptable. If you have an attenuator screwed to the back of the modem it may be worth removing it if you so choose though.

Those are ok, no point in pasting a modem log and having people do troubleshooting when you're quite happy with the service at the moment and have no trouble. Virgin try and ensure the service works properly, it's not their job to tweak it so that all signals are absolutely perfect, just to ensure they're good enough for the service to work so nothing would be done anyway as there's no fault to report.
