Hi

I've been having cable drop out issues for quite a while since I was upgraded from a STB to a standlone modem due to the 10mb roll out a while ago.

Its hardly noticable when internet browsing, but when im connected to my works systems via citrix it becomes a right pain in the arse as it keeps dropping my connection to the server.

I've googled this problem and found a couple of posts relating to this issue but I dont think virgin media support resolved the issue. I also dread phoning india or whereever they have their helpdesk setup these days and I know they usually try and fob you off with "it must be your router"

I've tried bypassing the router and connecting more than 1 pc directly into the broadband modem - same fault.

I was wondering if anyone can understand these values and see if there is anything unusual about the levels on the modem before I spend a couple of days on the phone arguing it out.
