Best broadband deal for exixsting customer.

Whats the best deal my dad (79) can get for a basic broadband package.

He already has Virgin TV and telephone.

Online they offer 10 meg broadband for £12-50 a month when taken with the package he already has. This is for new customers only.

Is there a way he can get this deal?

There used to be some sort of statement Virgin had about all customers getting the same deal ..., new or existing... does this still apply?
