Hi - really stuck here, I had an NTL email address which I could access through Outlook even when Virgin took over. Then changed to Sky internet through BT - fine. Just changed back to Virgin and have email ending virginmedia.com and cannot set it up in outlook. Have phoned the Tech people - who tell me they are not trained in this!!! Have read the reply from Moldova and followed instructions but it still wont work, I am using laptop with vista - could this be anything to do with the problem? Absolutely stumped now. Would appreciate any help please. Thanks
