Upgrading Broadband how long??

I am on the VIP pack and am getting the 20 Meg Broadband and am paying £96.50 month for it but am thinking about going for the 50 Meg broadband and would like to know if i do it online how long does it take to change and how much more will i be paying?

You will need a new modem up grade to 50Mbps, so it will be whenever you get a technician booked to install the new modem and check everything is working.

No idea on cost.

the above is probably right about the modem but for what its worth I called up CS the other night and asked to be upgraded from 10 to 20mbit. They said it would take 4 hrs to go through but on the off chance i rebooted my modem about 1 hr later and the new config was already on :)

That was what i was thinking can they not do it at there end without the need for someone to come out?

No, the upgrade to 50Mb needs (or HAS to have) a tech visit for setup.
