So, i was just browsing the VM.com website for a friend, and i noticed that the 10MB package comes with a product called Unlimited1, which allows you unlimited downloading "without going over any kind of limits".

My question(s) is this... Is this referring to the maximum amount of data you can download per month, referring to a bandwidth cap, or is it referring to connection throttling?

I guess im going to be wrong in thinking that VM are no longer shaping their customers bandwidth betweem 3 and 9PM, as i was throttled myself yesterday evening...

For that it says
"We think you deserve more. So no matter which of our fibre optic broadband packages you chose, you get unlimited1 downloads. That means you can download as much music, as many films and as many photos as you want without having to worry about going over any kind of limit."

I reckon it's the amount per month as in no monthly limit.

What it actually is 'Unlimited1 downloads' - where the 1 then refers to part of the terms of service later down the page
