If it is a new Cisco Scientific Atlanta Webstar EPC2100 then try this below.

http://192.168.100.1/_aslvl.asp

Change access level to 2
Password: W2402

You should get a message saying login successful. You should then be able to access those screens for a couple of minutes before they lock again.

If you are behind a router then you will need to connect direct and reboot the modem and then use Mags advice above.

Oddly it does not for everyone and we then have to ask them to connect direct to the modem.

Normally only doesn't work when using a proxy or the router is on the same LAN IP as the modem (rare). Still the easiest workaround is to connect direct to the modem as stated :)

It may be a problem with your Flux Capacitor

If it is a 3rd party router and we cannot get them to access the configs then we always ask for a direct connection as we do not know how they may have set up their router.

Do you get to any screen or a page not found error (i.e.. does it ask for your username/password?)
