I have just had the 50mb service installed on the 24th of this month.

Apart from the D-Link causing issues where no internal IP is provisioned via DHCP everything seems to be okay.

Speedtest's are regularly show 50mb when wired - however it when downloading sometimes the speed jumps from 3-5.8mb, 30mb when using Wireless something which I need to look at, new AP me thinks.

However I have a concern regarding power levels

Does everything look okay?

If you check this Sticky (http://www.cableforum.co.uk/board/34896851-post3.html) you will find that your Downstream is to high. also check your Upstream against the Sticky (http://www.cableforum.co.uk/board/34896851-post3.html) as well.

I would call the 50Mb Support team tomorrow after 0800 and they will probably book an engineer.

50Mb Support is on 0800 052 0431.
