Mashed Virgin Media Junction Box Number 2

Hi all,

Around 18 months ago I posted a message on this forum concerning the fact that my wife had hit our Virgin Media junction box (sometimes called an omnibox) with the car and mashed it. One of you guys very kindly sent me a replacement box and I installed it myself (because I didn't want to pay the £99 that Virgin wanted to do it).

Well, guess what. It's happened again. Is there any chance that someone can send me a replacement omnibox (yes again). I will of course pay the going rate for the box, I just don't want to have to fork out for a Virgin engineer to visit.

Might be easier to replace the wife

Just report it as a fault, chances are they'll sort it for free (no guarantee, depends on the tech).
