Wow those pings are high can you post your modem config page so we can see if the levels are ok just go to 192.168.100.1 - we need the downsteam and upstream power levels.

Power levels look fine, can you do a speed test from www.speedtest.net (http://www.speedtest.net) so I can see what speeds your are getting?

Pings are low to the test servers, have you rang vm could be a signal to noise ratio issue as your pings seem to have returned back to normal.

Low SNR levels would cause the slow speeds.
