People 20mb connection very slow speed. I call 150 explaining my grievances to be told they is a fault in the whole area. This "fault" has occurred for the last 2 to 3 weeks!

My question is that acceptable, even though it shows no issues on the service status page?

Hello, im in SE London on 50 meg service, my service is fine at the moment.
