vm to install hd box advise

on friday vm install hd box in bedroom also a box down stairs when doing a hd box install do vm provide all connections for hd box such as hdmi cable connection not scart lead also all cable from downstairs leading to bedroom as i have bought and have been using my own cable running up stairs and taking are box up to beedroom at night i want vm to install there own cable as iam payiny for box install any advise rodds;)

Get rid of your old cable before they come and they will install a new one and yes they provide the HDMI lead.

thanks all ok accept the catch up tv is not working on both boxes it says not avilable now try later it been like thanks months with 1 box should i ring them rodds;);)

What's the error code? Should say at the end of the message "Quote: ???? when you call"
