Hello

I have just bought a Belkin F5D7632UK4A ADSL Modem Wireless-G Router. I hadn't realised or even thought that the coaxil cable supply from my Virgin Media would not fit into this at the back as there is no slot for the white cable.

Please could anyone advise me if there is anything I can do to convert the cable so it does fit into the new router or do I need to use the existing router with a cable to connect it to the new wireless router?

Any help or advice would be appreciated as I am really not sure what to do.

Many Thanks

I'm afraid you need a 'Cable' or 'Broadband' router to use with VM Cable, not an ADSL rouuter. Hopefully you can return the ADSL router.
The Cable router will plug in to the VM Cable Modem via an ethernet cable.

Yep, just to clear up, you don't plug the coaxial directly into the router. You'll have your modem running, then an ethernet cable coming from your modem to your 'WAN'/Internet port in your router.
